Anthony and Cindy DiNizo learned how to truly listen to the customer from Luxury Builders founders and their parents Tony Sr, and Marilyn, to determine the best way to give customers what they want, and how best to do it. In 2023, Tony & Cindy after 45+ years of serving delighted customers, launched a partnership with old friends, Chris and Darla Lipke who bring 40 + years of commercial and residential construction expertise. The team’s underlying commitment to serving the client is clear in the kind of homes and projects you’ll find being built by Luxury Builders. The company remains ever flexible, allowing its clients in Volusia, Flagler and St. John’s Counties to customize a home as the inspiration arrives. Recognizing that some decisions simply should be finalized in the field, Luxury Builders gives clients that option.

I met Tony and Cindy in 1996, retired in 1999 and asked them to build a 4,800 sq. ft. custom home for me and my wife. I have a great deal of interest in, and a bit of working knowledge of home construction. Being retired, I was at the home site every day for 8 to 10 hours. I am a bit OCD, and pretty detail minded and kinda picky too, so I spent my time watching everything that was being done. My house was completed on time, on budget and over 16 years later is still in absolutely excellent condition.
